How can I track my order?
Custom made orders have a turn around time of 21 working days.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
When ordering an Arabic name necklace, do I write my name in English?
Yes, you can write your name in English and leave the rest to us! If you have a preferred way of spelling your name, please provide the spelling preference in Arabic. We can not offer a refund or exchange if you are not happy with the Arabic spelling once it has been received.
What would my name look like in Arabic?
Can I cancel/return my order?
Due to the nature of this product we have a no returns/refund/exchange/repair policy. We can only offer refunds if your item is delivered in a damaged condition, in which case we will ask you to return it to us within 7 days before we issue a refund. Please ensure the delivery address on you order is correct and complete, we are not responsible for missing post if the address is incorrect.
Can I get my name made in another language?

What is the jewellery made of?
Our necklaces are made of 925 Sterling Silver and 18ct Gold vermeil.
How can I look after my jewellery?
Refrain from contact with chemicals
Please do not allow jewellery to come in contact with hairspray, makeup, perfume and substances containing corrosive chemicals
Refrain from contact with water
Please do not immerse your jewellery in water or excessively wear whilst bathing, showering or swimming
Avoid any pressure on jewellery
Please do not subject your jewellery to any undue stress and/or pressure
