Custom made orders have a turn around time of 21 working days (Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays). Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
Yes, you can write your name in English and leave the rest to us! If you have a preferred way of spelling your name, please provide the spelling preference in Arabic. We can not offer a refund or exchange if you are not happy with the Arabic spelling once it has been received.
We begin working on your personalised order as soon as it is placed therefore no changes or cancellations can be made once the order is placed. Due to the nature of this product we have a no returns/refund/exchange/repair policy. We can only offer refunds if your item is delivered in a damaged condition, in which case we will ask you to return it to us within 7 days before we issue a refund. Please ensure the delivery address on you order is correct and complete, we are not responsible for missing post if the address is incorrect.
