Due to the nature of custom made jewellery we have a no returns policy. Returns are only accepted if your item is delivered in a damaged condition, in which case we will ask you to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

It is very important that your Notes are clear when placing your customised orders as we can not offer a refund or exchange if you are not happy with personalised spellings or dates once the item has been received.

Orders made are final. We begin working on your customised order as soon as it is placed, therefore no cancellations can be made.
